1. Scope of Digital Agreement

These terms form a legally binding contract between residents, vetted property owners, and NoidaPG. Reserving a bed or scheduling a property visit constitutes unconditional agreement to these terms.

2. Transparent Zero Brokerage & Security Deposit Policy

NoidaPG enforces a strict 0% brokerage policy. All rents are direct-to-owner with zero commissions. Security deposits are capped at 1 to 2 months rent and are digitally recorded. All security deposits must be refunded within 15 to 30 days of standard move-out following room inspection.

3. Community Rules & Safety Protocols

Residents agree to respect mutual living comfort: designated study quiet hours (11:00 PM - 6:00 AM), biometric check-in policies, zero tolerance for illicit substances or hazardous appliances, and adherence to visitor lounge guidelines.

4. Notice Period & Move-Out Guarantee

Standard rental agreements require a 30-day written notice via the resident portal before planned vacating. NoidaPG ensures transparent move-out audits with photographic evidence to protect both residents and property partners.
